Software and ERP integration for manufacturers.
WHERE THE DAY GOES WRONG IN MANUFACTURING
- 01
Sales promises a delivery date from stock figures that are a day old, and the floor finds out when the order is already late.
- 02
A machine stops for forty minutes and nobody outside the hall knows until the shift report, so the next job is planned as if it ran.
- 03
The same work order is typed into the ERP, the planning board and the quality sheet. Three versions, one of them wrong.
WHAT WE USUALLY BUILD
- 01Line and machine counts landing in the ERP as they happen, with no clipboard in between
- 02Work orders that move from sales to the floor to dispatch on their own, with a person approving the exceptions
- 03One production board the whole plant reads from, live, on the wall and on a phone
THE FIRST STEP
Connect one line's output to your stock figures, so what you promise matches what you can make.
WHAT WE MEASURE FROM DAY ONE
- — Hours between a part being made and the ERP knowing about it
- — Orders promised on stock that did not exist
SYSTEMS WE COMMONLY CONNECT
- SAP Business One
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Odoo
- Tally
- Epicor
- Infor
- MES and machine data (OPC UA, PLC exports)
- Excel planning boards
Systems, not clients. We keep what you run and connect it; replacing a system is the last resort, and we say why before anything is built.
SERVICES FOR THIS INDUSTRY
QUESTIONS FROM MANUFACTURING TEAMS
- Can you connect our machines or production line to the ERP?
- Usually, yes. Machine counts can come from the controller (OPC UA, Modbus or a PLC export), from a scanner at a gate, or from a simple tablet at the line. We pick the most reliable source per machine and land the count in your ERP as it happens.
- Do we have to replace our ERP to get live production data?
- No. Most plants keep the ERP they bought for finance and connect the floor to it. If the ERP genuinely cannot hold what you need, we will say so and explain why before anything is built.
- Can you work with an ERP that has been heavily customised?
- Yes. Customised ERPs are the norm, not the exception. We map what your version actually does, test against your real data, and keep the integration layer separate so ERP upgrades do not break it.

YOUR FIRST STEP

Ten working days, one process, shown working. You leave with a business case and a dated plan, and keep everything it produced.
