What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, company, how you would like to be reached, your contact details and your message, plus the page you wrote from. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to you and, if you ask us to, to prepare the work you enquired about. That is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
The website is served by Cloudflare. Contact-form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, and our email is hosted by Zoho. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data-protection terms. Some may process data outside your country, under the safeguards those terms provide.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, records are kept for as long as the contract and the law require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it, under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Write to hello@seamwire.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
