Custom CRM development, shaped around how you sell.
- FIRST STEP
- 10 working daysOne process, mapped and shown working, with a business case and a dated plan.
- TEAM
- 3–5 peopleA dedicated team from our 50+. The people who scope it build it.
- OWNERSHIP
- YoursCode, data and accounts are yours from the first commit. No lock-in.
SIGNS YOU NEED THIS
- 01Sales keep the real pipeline in a spreadsheet beside the CRM.
- 02Half the CRM's fields are blank and the other half hold workarounds.
- 03Quotes are built outside the CRM because your pricing rules do not fit it.
- 04A won deal is retyped into the ERP or accounting system before anything ships.
- 05The licence bill grows with every hire, for features most people never open.
- 06A customer's history is split between the CRM, the inbox and one person's memory.
WHAT WE BUILD · CUSTOM CRM DEVELOPMENT
Custom CRM builds
Accounts, contacts, deals and activities modelled on your business, not a vendor's demo: sites, contracts, assets, distributors, whatever your sales actually turn on.
Extending the CRM you have
Custom objects, screens and automations inside Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho when the platform fits and only the edges need work. Often the cheaper and safer route.
Quoting and pricing
Quotes priced from your own rules, price lists and approval limits, sent as a document the customer can sign, with the deal updated the moment they do.
ERP and accounting links
A won deal becomes an order, credit limits and open invoices show on the account, and nobody types a customer's details twice.
Data migration
Records, notes and attachments moved from the old CRM or spreadsheets, cleaned and de-duplicated, with counts checked on both sides before anyone switches.
Reporting and account history
Pipeline and forecast read live from the source, with orders, tickets and visits beside each customer, so a manager's view and a rep's view agree.

HOW IT WORKS
- 01
A 10-day first step
One process or page, mapped with the people who do the work and shown working. You leave with a business case and a dated plan, and keep everything it produced.
- 02
Build in short, visible steps
Working software every week or two on a staging site you can click, with weekly written notes on what moved and what we need from you.
- 03
Launch and hand over
Released carefully, with monitoring switched on, then a handover pack: code, docs, runbooks and a session with your team.
- 04
Look after it
Support, monitoring and improvements on terms agreed in writing before we start, with a named team who knows the work.
WHERE WE DO THIS MOST
QUESTIONS BUYERS ASK
- Should we build our own CRM?
- Only if your sales process is part of how you win and a standard CRM keeps fighting it: unusual pricing, complicated account structures, or a service side the CRM cannot see. If your team follows a fairly normal pipeline, buy a CRM and configure it well. The 10-day first step maps how you sell against the CRMs you could buy, and ends with a recommendation either way.
- Custom CRM vs Salesforce or HubSpot: which is better?
- For most companies, Salesforce or HubSpot set up properly is the better answer: a mature product, mobile apps, email and calendar sync, and plenty of people who can support it. A custom CRM wins when the platform's data model forces constant workarounds, when per-seat licences cost more over time than owning the software, or when the CRM must work as part of your own operations system. We build both ways and will say which fits.
- Who owns the data, and can you move it from our current CRM?
- You own the code and every record, in your repositories and your cloud account. Moving across means exporting accounts, contacts, deals, notes and attachments, mapping them to the new structure, removing duplicates and checking the counts on both sides. We run the old and new systems side by side until your team trusts the new one, and keep a full export of the old.
- Can a custom CRM connect to our ERP and accounting?
- Yes, and that is often the reason to build one. We agree which system owns each piece of data, so customers might live in the CRM while prices and credit limits live in the ERP. Then a won deal becomes an order without retyping, invoices and balances show on the account, and any failed sync raises an alert to a named person.
- What drives the cost of a custom CRM?
- Mostly four things: how many kinds of record and relationship your business needs, how many systems the CRM must talk to, how messy the data you are moving is, and how much of a bought CRM's email, calendar and mobile features you need to match. Fewer, well-chosen features cost less to build and to look after. The first step ends with a scoped plan before you commit to anything more.
- Does a custom CRM work on a phone and with Outlook or Gmail?
- It can. We build it to work in a phone's browser by default, and connect it to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace so emails and meetings attach to the right account. A bought CRM gives you these out of the box, so we count them in the build-or-buy comparison rather than discovering them halfway through the build.
- Will our sales team actually use it?
- We design for that from the start. The screens are built with the people who sell, fields are limited to the ones somebody uses, calls and emails are logged automatically where possible, and managers report from the same data reps enter. If a field is never filled in, we remove it rather than chase people to complete it.
GUIDES
YOUR FIRST STEP
Start with one process, working in ten days.
Tell us where it slows down. We map it with your team, show it working, and hand you a business case. If the numbers do not work, you keep everything it produced.
