SERVICE · SYSTEMS INTEGRATION

ERP, CRM and system integration that ends the re-keying.

Seamwire is a systems integration agency. We connect the software a business already runs — ERP, CRM, warehouse, accounting, e-commerce, even the spreadsheets — so an order, a stock count or an invoice is entered once and appears everywhere it is needed. We build the connections, watch them, raise an alert the moment one fails, and hand you everything we built.

An illustration: a production line whose machines report straight into the ERP through one small hub, instead of a clipboard typed in after the shift.

01

SIGNS YOU NEED THIS

  1. 01The same order is typed into two or three systems every day.
  2. 02Stock or sales figures disagree depending on which screen you look at.
  3. 03Month-end means reconciling exports by hand.
  4. 04Your “integration” is a person moving a CSV file.
  5. 05The vendor's built-in connector covers the demo, not your process.
  6. 06When a sync fails, nobody knows until a customer complains.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 01

    A 10-day first step

One process or page, mapped with the people who do the work and shown working. You leave with a business case and a dated plan, and keep everything it produced.

  2. 02

    Build in short, visible steps

Working software every week or two on a staging site you can click, with weekly written notes on what moved and what we need from you.

  3. 03

    Launch and hand over

Released carefully, with monitoring switched on, then a handover pack: code, docs, runbooks and a session with your team.

  4. 04

    Look after it

Support, monitoring and improvements on terms agreed in writing before we start, with a named team who knows the work.

WHERE WE DO THIS MOST

QUESTIONS BUYERS ASK

What does an ERP integration involve?
Agreeing which system is the source of truth for each piece of data, mapping the fields between systems, building the connection with retries and logs, testing it against real-world edge cases, and monitoring it once live. The mapping and edge cases take more thought than the code.
Do we need to replace our ERP or CRM?
Usually not. Most companies can keep the systems they have and connect them properly. If a system is genuinely holding you back, we will say so with the reasons, and the integration work carries over to whatever replaces it.
What if one of our systems has no API?
There is nearly always a way in: a database, scheduled exports, EDI, email parsing or, as a last resort, careful screen automation. We pick the most reliable route and tell you its limits.
Should we use Zapier or Make instead of custom integration?
For simple, low-volume flows, yes, and we will set them up. For core flows like orders, stock and invoices, where a silent failure costs money, you want retries, logs, alerts and an owner, which is what we build.
How do you stop data going out of sync?
Each record has one system that owns it, every change is logged, failed syncs retry automatically, and anything that still fails raises an alert to a named person with what went wrong and how to fix it.
Is our data safe while you work on it?
Your data stays in your systems and your cloud region. We use per-project accounts with least privilege, never develop against production data, and keep secrets in your secret manager. DPA, NDA and IP assignment come before any access.

GUIDES

YOUR FIRST STEP

Start with one process, working in ten days.

Tell us where it slows down. We map it with your team, show it working, and hand you a business case. If the numbers do not work, you keep everything it produced.
