BOOK A 20-MINUTE CALL
SERVICE · WEBSITE REDESIGN

Website redesign that keeps the rankings you earned.

Seamwire is a website redesign agency for mid-size B2B companies. We redesign sites that look older than the business, load slowly on a phone or need a developer for every change, and we protect what already works: every old URL mapped and redirected, the pages that earn traffic kept and improved, and Search Console watched after launch. You get a faster site, a CMS your team can edit, and enquiries that land in your CRM.

SIGNS YOU NEED THIS

  1. 01The site looks older than the company, and sales send PDFs instead of links.
  2. 02It is slow on a phone, which is where most buyers see it first.
  3. 03Every change needs a developer, so pages go stale.
  4. 04Organic traffic has slipped and nobody is sure why.
  5. 05The site no longer describes what you sell or who you sell to.
  6. 06A past redesign lost rankings, and you do not want to repeat it.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 01

    A 10-day first step

One process or page, mapped with the people who do the work and shown working. You leave with a business case and a dated plan, and keep everything it produced.

  2. 02

    Build in short, visible steps

Working software every week or two on a staging site you can click, with weekly written notes on what moved and what we need from you.

  3. 03

    Launch and hand over

Released carefully, with monitoring switched on, then a handover pack: code, docs, runbooks and a session with your team.

  4. 04

    Look after it

Support, monitoring and improvements on terms agreed in writing before we start, with a named team who knows the work.

WHERE WE DO THIS MOST

QUESTIONS BUYERS ASK

Will a website redesign hurt our Google rankings?
It should not, if the move is planned. Before design starts we list every URL with traffic, rankings or backlinks, map each to its new address and set permanent 301 redirects. We keep the content that earns traffic, carry over titles, metadata and schema, and test every redirect before launch, then watch Search Console for crawl errors and drops. Some movement is normal while Google re-crawls, and nobody can guarantee rankings, but nothing is lost by accident.
Should we redesign or rebuild our website?
Redesign when the platform is sound and the problems are design, content, structure or speed you can fix on it. Rebuild when the platform itself is the obstacle: an unsupported theme, a CMS your team avoids, security problems, or code nobody can safely change. Either way, the URLs, content and search signals that work are carried across on purpose. The audit in the first step tells you which you need, with the reasons.
What is included in a website redesign?
An audit of traffic, rankings, content and speed; a page structure based on what buyers search for; new design and copy for the pages that matter; the build; a CMS set up for your team; the SEO migration with URL map and 301 redirects; analytics, forms and CRM connections; accessibility and speed checks; and a launch with Search Console monitoring. You own the code, content and accounts from the first commit.
How long does a website redesign take?
It depends on how many page types the site needs, how much content moves, and how many systems it connects to. Every redesign starts with the 10-day first step: we audit the current site, map its pages and URLs, and show one key page working in the new design. It ends with a dated plan, so you know the timeline before you commit to the rest.
Can we keep our current CMS?
Often, yes. If you run WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or a headless CMS well, we can redesign on it and improve how your team edits pages. We recommend a move only when the CMS itself is the problem: it is slow, insecure, unsupported, or your team avoids using it. If we do move, content is migrated alongside the URL map, so nothing is left behind.
Will the redesign improve our SEO, or only protect it?
It is built to improve it. Faster pages, a clear structure, answer-first copy, better internal links and schema all help search engines and AI assistants understand what you do and who it is for. We cannot promise rankings, because they also depend on competitors and on what other sites say about you, but the new site removes the technical reasons you may be held back.
Do you write the content as well?
Yes, if you want us to. We write or rewrite the pages that matter most, service, industry and product pages first, answer-first and in plain language, working from interviews with your team so the site describes what you actually do. Pages that already earn traffic are edited with care rather than replaced, so their search value carries over.

GUIDES

YOUR FIRST STEP

Start with one process, working in ten days.

Tell us where it slows down. We map it with your team, show it working, and hand you a business case. If the numbers do not work, you keep everything it produced.
